Cedar Cabins Lodge sits on a 235-acre private Belizean-owned Botanical Reserve & Bird Sanctuary located in the Cayo District in Western Belize. Preparation for the lodge first started in December 2000 with the actual lodge being established and opened for business in 2005 after much vision, planning, dedication and hard work. This inland resort assertively implements an environmentally-conscious operations policy and caters to the traveler that appreciates the simple luxuries of nature while embracing local cultures and the desire for new adventures.
