The cottage is located 4.5 miles N of Placencia Village, in N Seine Bight Village on the Placencia Peninsula. The cottage is 60 feet from the Caribbean Sea on a spacious, beautifully landscaped, fenced lot. It is fully furnished and includes internet and cable TV. The kitchen is also fully equipped. There is shared laundry room with a washer & dryer. Large verandas are screened and hammocks are provided. There is a palapa with a BBQ for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The cottage is small and best suited for 2 people but a twin bed can be provided for an additional person. There is a dock next door suitable for swimming. The cottage is cooled by ceiling & portable fans as well as prevailing sea breezes. Kayaks & bicycles are available for your use.
