Lydia’s Guesthouse is owned and operated locally by Lydia Villanueva since 1990. Lydia’s is situated in the north residential area of Placencia Village. Lydia’s Guesthouse is located right off the sidewalk just steps from the beautiful beach and a 10 minute walk to the dock and local businesses. It is a two-story, eight-room guesthouse, each of the eight rooms comes complete. A 3-bedroom, vacation rental is also available with a spectacular roof-top view of the lagoon and Sea.
