We are all seeking something different when booking a vacation rental. Our complex is not a hotel, it is a vacation condominium complex. You may rent one of our units. The complex, as you can see by the photo, is large and spacious. We have a large courtyard on the water and one of the nicest pools on the island. This is not a party spot, but a great place to come, relax, and enjoy the exquisite turquoise Caribbean views. Sit on your patio or veranda, enjoy home cooking, or eat out at a nearby restaurant. The Banana Beach, Victoria House, and Mata Rocks hotels are all within a short walk. Dive boats  will pick you up right at our dock and take you to the Belize Reef. Water taxis will take you to town or golf cart rentals to roam the island are available just a short walk away. Each owner’s unit is unique with one and two bedroom units available. Maid service is once weekly. More for your money at the Royal Palm!
