glover's reef
Dive the circular coral at Glover’s Reef.
Glover’s Reef Atoll Marine Reserve is located on the southern most region of Belize and is one of the most spectacular marine biodiversity not only for Belize but in the region. Encompassing 35 kilometer in length and 7.5 kilometer in width with a cirumference of about 200 kilometer, Glover's Reef Atoll also sits in depths of 300 - 1,000 kilometers of water.

This atoll is one of four atolls found in this hemisphere (Belize has three); it was established as a National Reserve in 1993. With one of the only remaining aggregations for the endagered Nassau Grouper fish located on its north-easternly tip, Glovers Reef Atoll is also a spawning zone for other groupers, snappers and finfishes (to name a few).
