Feel the rhythm at Lebeha.
Learn to play drums like the Garifuna at the Lebeha Drumming Center. The drums are made by a famous drum maker in Dangriga, Austin Rodriquez, and are primarily made of mahogany or mayflower wood with deerskin on the drumhead. Not a drummer? You can play other instruments, like the shakas, which are calabash gourds filled with fruit seeds. Or keep the beat on a turtle shell. Feel free to dance to the beat and have a great time.
