Casa Conch Belize is a 3 Bedroom / 4 Bath (3 full and 2 half) beach home with rooftop deck and Caribbean views! Whether you are looking to relax on a beautiful stretch of private beachfront, snorkel or enjoy the calming Caribbean breezes from the end of the pier (with amazing thatched roof palapa and artificial snorkeling reef underneath!), or hit the charming town of San Pedro, this home is the perfect island getaway!

Our home is located on the southern end of Ambergris Caye, which happens to be the safest area of the island with a privatized, full-time patrol and police sub-station. This, along with the accessibility to San Pedro, is one of the top reasons we chose to make the South End our home. The drive to town is approximately 4.5 miles on a mixture of hard-packed, sand streets (old school island charm!) and cobblestone, and takes about 25-30 minutes on a golf cart (which is the main mode of transportation on the island) or taxi cab. If you are looking for some exercise, you can reach San Pedro in 40-45 minutes on a beach cruiser bike or about 90 minutes on foot.

Casa Conch is a two-story home with separate entrances to each floor (no interior connecting stairs). The ground level of the home is approx. 1300 sq ft and has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, living room & fully equipped kitchen (studio living). The home’s second level is approx. 1300 sq ft and has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and living room. Each level has a washer and dryer, as well as veranda overlooking the beautiful Caribbean and world’s second-largest barrier reef!

The 1300 sq ft. rooftop deck is a major bonus with this home. It’s a nice spot to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views and cool ocean breezes.It’s the perfect place for late afternoon cocktails with an AMAZING 360 degree view; you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds with sunrises over the second-largest barrier reef AND sunsets over the lagoon! You can even see the neighboring island of Caye Caulker and the famous Hol Chan Marine Reserve!

**For all you fishermen, there is world-class bone and permit fishing right off the beach!

Casa Conch is equipped with everything you will need (or want!) for an amazing vacation. We provide top of the line linens (bedding/bathroom), fully-equipped kitchens, fully-furnished patios, flat screen televisions and DVD players, and private parking. Each floor is air-conditioned and offers free cable TV and wifi.

The home comes with daily grounds-keeping services to keep the beach area clean and ready to enjoy as well as one mid-stay housekeeping visit. Extra housekeeping services can be purchased for $56.25 USD per day. Additionally, concierge services are available for private chefs, all tours and activities (snorkeling, diving, fishing, catamaran sails, mainland adventure tours, spa services, etc.), island hopper flight transfers and shuttle service, golf cart rentals, provisioning, and more!
