Grand Colony Island Villas is a self catering Resort, consisting of 21 Luxurious Superior Villas and is conveniently located on a luxury beach front property, overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea.  Grand Colony Island Villas Resort was open in 2006 (8 years ago) since then we have provided Luxurious, Comfort, Tranquility and Enchanting Services to our guests.
Rental Pool Program, available to the Rental Program (3- 3 Beach Front Villas, 3 – 3 Ocean Pool View and 9 – 2 Bedroom Ocean Pool View) comfortably accommodating guest(s) at their request. 

3 Bedroom Superior Villas/Beach Front and Ocean Pool View; are fully equip units, full kitchen, Central A.C, Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, living room, dining room  one Master Bedroom (1King size bed) with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, Second Bedroom (1 queen size bed) with access to bathroom and third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Spacious balcony with patio furniture’s, our 3 Bedroom room can accommodate up to 6 people. 

2 Bedroom Superior Villas/ Ocean Pool View; is a fully equip, fully equip kitchen, Central A.C, Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, living room, dining room, one Master Bedroom (1King size bed) with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, Second Bedroom (1 queen or2 twin beds) with access to 2nd bathroom. Spacious balcony with patio furniture’s, our 2 Bedroom room can accommodate up to 4 people.

Winter Season: January 3rd, – May 1st    
Summer Season: May 2nd – December 18th 
Christmas Season: December 19th - Jan 2nd
