5. Cassava Pudding: Complete your foodie-ventures with a slice of this traditional Cassava pudding. This sweet-rubbery-textured desert includes grated cassava, coconut and evaporated milk, ginger, nutmeg, butter, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs baked together.
