Chaa Creek Natural History Centre

If you really want an up-close and personal look at snakes and butterflies, take a trip to Chaa Creek Natural History Centre. The Centre has a number of jars featuring various pickled species, and a naturalist will guide you through each of them. If jarred insects and reptiles aren’t for you, there’s also a screened-in butterfly breeding center, featuring several species of amazing butterflies, like the Blue Morphos, an electric blue butterfly that resembles jade earrings.
