If this is your first time here on the site, you can register by clicking the link to take you to this URL where you will out the form and the TravelBelize staff will reach out to you with credentials to access your partner data.

Once you have logged into the site, you will see your Partner Portal with your business listing available for editing. See the image below for how it will look.
Partner Portal:
On this page, you will have the ability to add and edit important information about your business to the TravelBelize.org website.
BTB Partner Data:
The first section on the right (see the image below) is actual data that is not editable directly on the site, it comes directly from the Belize Tourism Board – please contact them directly to have that information updated.
Business information:
The column on the left starts the data that can be added by the business partner.
YouTube Video:
You can add a single video from YouTube by locating the video on the YouTube website and the click to copy the video URL and paste it into the field.
When you do this, the video will auto load and be visible like the example below:
NOTE: this i not an embed code from video, but the publicly viewable video URL.
Content:
In the Content section, you can type or copy and paste content from any source that would effectively describe your business offerings. This is a free form field that allows for multiple paragraphs of content. Adding this content is important for the search engine within the website or for search engine optimization within each of the major search engines.
You can add bold, italics, bulleted items, alignment and other formatting options to make your content appear how you would like it to appear.
TripAdvisor ID:
One of the important items to add is your TripAdvisor ID.
Adding this ID will pull in reviews and link your profile out to TripAdvisor making it easy for travellers to see images, reviews and other data about your business.

Featured Image:
Adding a featured image allows this image to be shown in the header of your business profile page, in search results within the TravelBelize site and on the TravelBelize mobile app.
You can upload an image that is in one of the major formats (jpg, png, webp, avif).
Logo:
Adding your business logo can be added in either a .jpg or .png format.
Image Carousel:
In this section, you can add multiple images that will be auto generated into an image carousel. Note that sizes for these images must be less than 1MB in size each.
Social Media Platforms:
Adding your links for each of the four major social media platforms can be done by copy and pasting those URLs into the specific fields for each platform. Those platforms are all optional (meaning you can add one or all four) and the links will be automatically added to the appropriate icon on your business profile.
Months Open:
Select the basic options of when your business operates as detailed as you prefer – if you select ‘Open Year-Round’ you do not need to select individual months open.
As an option, you can add information about pricing, cultures and destinations. While these fields are optional, adding this provides more data to the internal search engine within the TravelBelize website and mobile application.
