Belize Island Beach House

This beautiful beachfront home is located 5 miles north of San Pedro Town. The main house has four bedrooms and four baths. Upstairs has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another full bath in the hall. The downstairs has a second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus two more bedrooms that share a full bath. There is also a casita with two bedrooms and one bath that can be rented separately for larger groups. There is lots of veranda space and a roof top patio with fantastic views. The property also includes a private dock and a on-site caretaker who lives in a separate cottage. Maid service is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee. Transfers are arranged but not included in the rental price. This property requires a 50% deposit to hold the reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
