Cayo Vista Guesthouses

We are located on the edge of San Ignacio, about a 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk to downtown. We are close to all amenities, yet we still feel like we’re a million miles away!

We provide free purified drinking water throughout your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, powdered milk as well as basic kitchenware such as forks, knives, spoons, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, cutting board, can opener, scissors, shot glasses, wine glasses and a wine bottle opener.

We have a 20kw Generac back-up generator in case of a power outage (you’ll never be without A/C). We also have 10,000 litre back up water tank so if the town water gets cut off we still have water. Our goal is to never inconvenience guests with outages that are common in Central America.
