The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad Cottages are located on the South Island of Caye Caulker just 5 minutes from the main town area and 10 minutes from the popular “Split” area including the Lazy Lizard bar and the Sip n Dip Beach bar. It is only a short walk from the village, yet far enough away to enjoy real peace and quiet.

The 2 Bedroom Cottage Sleeps 4 people and the Studio Cottage sleeps 2 people comfortably, but we do allow 1 extra guest in each cottage if needed (Air Mattress, sheets, and towels supplied.)  You can choose this option on the payment/checkout page.  There is a 2 day minimum stay on the studio cottage and a 3 day minimum stay on the 2 Bedroom Cottage.

We are not directly on the Beach or Waterfront but it is never a long way to go to get there as the Island is under 1 Mile wide. The Island & neighborhood is very safe and the Cottages were completed in March 2019/2021 and so they are fairly new cottages with lots of amenities.  We provide Jugs of Filtered water according to the length of your stay, as well as A/C in both bedrooms, and all rooms have ceiling fans. A full-size fridge, gas stove/oven, fire extinguisher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are also at your disposal.
