LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!  Our condos have the best location on the island, on the quiet north edge of San Pedro Town, it is a three-minute walk along the beach to everything. Two Supermarkets and the Island’s hospital is just outside our street side gate.  We are less than 5 minutes away from the Airport or Water Taxi terminals.

They have everything you will need.  Whether if you want to cook, grill, or make a smoothie. They have fully equipped kitchens, all granite, and Central Air Conditioning. The living rooms have a queen size Murphy bed, and the full bathroom with double entrance.  All our Condos have a private veranda, and the sea view is absolutely spectacular.

There is No motorized traffic in front of our beach. Our beachfront condos are four of the closest condos to the ocean in the complex. You can easily walk to what all the town has to offer as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and our island nightlife. You can swim in our freshwater pool or right off our dock in the sea. You can also be picked up right on our dock for any number of excursions from diving, snorkeling, fishing, and mainland adventure tours.

 Our full-time onsite office with Emanuel, Marely, Edel or Jass can help you with everything from making a dinner reservation to booking a tour, diving, fishing, or renting a golf cart. We also have an onsite laundromat, so pack light if you want because we can wash, dry, and fold your laundry.
