Upstairs includes the common living areas and kitchen as well as another master suite. The splendid terrace overlooks the beach on one side and the pristine jungle and Maya mountains on the other. Here you can relax and enjoy the cool ocean breezes as you sip your morning coffee. With 5 acres and over 350 feet of beach, there is an amazing quiet and privacy. With only 1/2 mile to the airstrip and 2 miles to town you have the convenience to readily visit the many restaurants and attractions of Placencia and its famous central sidewalk.
