Protected Areas are Prime Locations to Watch the Solar Eclipse

The Belize Audubon Society curated a list of prime locations to witness the solar eclipse. At 11:36 a.m., as the Moon aligns perfectly with the Sun, the “ring of fire” will grace the sky, offering a breathtaking sight at Half Moon Caye. The Cockscomb Basin and Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary also offer prime viewing opportunities at 11:35 a.m. and 11:33 a.m., respectively. These protected areas provide a tranquil and picturesque backdrop for your eclipse experience.
